受付 (Registration)
1. 参加申込み済みの方 (those who have already applied for participation)
ネームカードのダウンロード用リンクと参加登録IDをメールにてご連絡しております。あらかじめ印刷して会場に持参ください。所属・氏名はご自身で記入をお願いします。ネームホルダーは現地会場で準備しています。
The participation certificate will be mailed to your registered address. Please print the form in advance and bring it to the venue. Please fill in your affiliation and name by yourself. Name holders will be available at the venue.
2. 当日参加受付 (Registration on the day of the event)
現地会場での参加受付は行いませんのでご注意ください。
当日参加をご希望される場合、大会実行委員宛にご相談ください。
Please note that there will be no on-site registration. If you wish to participate on the day of the event, please contact the convention committee.
インターネット接続 (Internet connection)
広島国際会議場では会場内で利用できるWi-Fiが用意されておりますが、安定したネット環境が必要でしたらポータブルWi-Fiルーターなどをご持参ください。
Wi-Fi service is available at the Hiroshima International Conference Center.
昼食等の飲食 (Lunch and other food and beverages)
広島国際会議場内の各会議室内では飲食可能です。ただし、ロビーでのお食事はご遠慮いただいております。また、会場から徒歩5分の場所に商店街（本通り）があり、飲食店が多数あります。10/29および10/30にはランチョンセミナーがございます。そちらへのご参加もご検討ください。
Eating and drinking are allowed in the venue EXCEPT in the lobby. There is a shopping street (Hondori) within a 5-minute walk from the venue, where there are many restaurants. Please consider attending the luncheon seminars on October 29 and 30.
講演の撮影、音声録音、携帯電話の使用 (General manner)
発表ポスター、スライドの写真・ビデオ撮影、音声録音はお断りします。また、口頭発表やシンポジウム等の会場では携帯電話はマナーモードに設定いただくようお願い致します。
Photography, videotaping, and sound recording of posters and slides are not permitted. Please set your cell phone to silent mode during oral presentations and symposiums.
託児室のご利用 (Nursery room)
事前にお申込みいただいた方宛に大会実行委員から当日のご利用の流れをお知らせしますので、その指示に従ってください。
Those who have applied in advance will be notified of the flow of use on the day of the event, so please follow the instructions.
