Registration fee
The conference registration fee is as follows. If you wish to participate on the day of the event, please consult the organizing committee. We will provide you with a payment form for same-day participation. Please note that cash payments at the venue will not be accepted, so we ask for your cooperation in making the payment in advance.

After completing the registration, we will send you an email with a link to download your participation certificate and your registration ID (the registration ID is required for abstract submission). Invited speakers for symposia and other sessions are also required to register for participation.
- Non-members: Please register using the dedicated form for free participation for non-member invited speakers.
- Regular members: Please use the same form as for general participation.
Participation is free for undergraduate students, high school students or younger, and their accompanying teachers (regardless of membership status).
Please note that cancellations after registration will not be eligible for a refund.

Registration
1. Registration for general participants

You will be redirected to the EventPay external site. Please complete your registration and payment via the provided link.
After registration and payment, you will receive an email from EventPay (info@eventpay.jp) confirming the completion of your registration. You can also obtain your receipt from the link in the participation confirmation email. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.
If you are registering for both membership in the Japanese Society of Microbial Ecology and participation in the Hiroshima conference at the same time: Please note that it is not possible to issue your membership number on the same day you pay the initial annual fee. The confirmation of your payment and the notification email of your membership number will be sent once the payment slip has been verified by the accounting office, which may take about a day. If you need to complete your registration urgently while your membership application is being processed, please enter “9999” as a temporary membership number in the membership number field and complete your registration. After registration, please promptly complete your membership application.
2. Registration for symposia and other invited speakers (non-members only) (Free)

After completing your registration, we will manually send you an email with a link to download your participation certificate and your registration ID (the registration ID is required for abstract submission).

Visa application
If you are a foreigner who needs a visa for the entry, please provide the following information via email . We register the information to the Entrants, Returnees Follow-up System (ERFS), and will provide a certificate which is required for your visa application.
