一般口頭発表 (Oral presentation @ general session)
- 口頭発表では、ご自身のPCを使用して発表をお願いします。10分前までには来場して頂き、セッション開始前に、作動確認をお願いします。全ての会場ではHDMIを利用します。コネクターはご自身でご準備ください。
- 一般口頭発表時間は14分(発表10分、質疑4分)です(1鈴:9分、2鈴:10分、3 鈴:14分)。3鈴後、速やかに次講演者へ交代をお願いします。発表は日本語または英語で行なってください。スライドを作成する際はカラーユニバーサルデザインについてご配慮ください。

- Please use your own PC for your presentation. Please come to the presentation room by 10 min before your presentation and confirm whether your PC can work before start of your session (e.g., on break time).
- Please keep your presentation file on your PC but not on OneDrive when you make presentation. HDMI is prepared for connecting your PC in all room. Please prepare the connector for HDMI by yourself.
- You have 14 minutes (10 minutes for presentation, 4 minutes for discussion) (1st Bell: 9 minutes, 2nd Bell: 10 minutes, 3rd Bell: 14 minutes). After the 3rd Bell, please finish your presentation and switch to the next speaker. When preparing slides, please take color universal design into consideration.

2. 座長へのお願い
座長受付は設けておりません。セッション開始までに直接会場へお越し下さい。セッションは定刻で講演を進行するよう努めて頂き、遅れた場合は討論時間を短縮する等、適宜ご対応下さい。
ポスター発表 (poster presentation)
1. 発表者へのお願い (For speakers)
全てのポスター発表者は29日と30日の両方で発表して頂きます。ポスターパネルのサイズは W 900 × H 2,100mmとなります。このサイズに収まるようにポスターをご準備ください(参考: A0 サイズ, 841×1,189mm）。貼付用の資材は大会実行委員会で用意いたします。ポスターの掲示は10/28(月) 13:00以降可能です。撤去は10/30(水) 19:00までにお願いします。ポスター会場のレイアウト変更を行うため、10/30(水) 19:30以降に残っているポスターは処分させていただくことがあります。
質疑応答を行うための発表コアタイムを以下のように設けます。10/29(火)および10/30(水)にそれぞれコアタイムがあり、合計2回、ポスターボードの前でご発表いただくことになります。コアタイムの欠席等はご発表者の判断にお任せしますので、大会実行委員会への連絡は不要です。

All poster-presenters have to make poster-presentation on both 29th and 30th.The poster panel size is W 900 x H 2,100 mm. Please prepare your poster to fit within this size (A0 size, 841 x 1,189 mm). The conference committee will provide tapes. Posters can be displayed after 13:00 on October 29 (13:00). Posters must be removed by 19:30 on October 30. Posters left after 19:30 on October 30 may be discarded. The core time for Q&A sessions will be held on 29th and 30th.
Core time for odd-numbered posters: October 29 16:00-17:00 and 30, 17:00-18:00
Core time for even-numbered posters: October 29 17:00-18:00 and 30, 16:00-17:00
2. ポスター賞の選考について (Excellent poster award selection)
ポスター賞の審査に使用しますので、10月24日（木）17時までにポスターPDF（10 MB以下）をGoogle Forms（https://forms.gle/AzZcxJBtSpMBoMEv7）により提出してください。
注1：今大会はポスター発表数が多いため、提出されたポスターPDFにより、大会実行委員会で事前審査を行います。
注2：提出されたポスターPDFは公開しません。審査のみに使用します。
注3：審査に関する問い合わせは受け付けません。
注4：ポスター賞の表彰は10月31日（木）13時から会場ヒマワリにて行われます。
As we will be using the poster PDFs for the Poster Award evaluation, please submit your poster PDF (less than 10 MB) via Google Forms (https://forms.gle/AzZcxJBtSpMBoMEv7) by Thursday, October 24th, 5:00 PM.
Note 1: Due to the large number of poster presentations at this conference, the submitted poster PDFs will be pre-evaluated by the organizing committee.
Note 2: The submitted poster PDFs will not be made public. They will only be used for evaluation purposes.
Note 3: Inquiries regarding the evaluation process will not be accepted.
Note 4: The Poster Award ceremony will be held on Thursday, October 31st, from 1:00 PM at the Himawari venue.

発表要領、進行はコンビナーの指示に従ってください。 なお、会場ではHDMIをご自身のPCに接続してご使用いただけます。
